Joining Push Hard Fitness was one of the best commitments I could have ever done for myself. I've been with PH since March 17,2018 and the results I've seen are amazing, I am faster, better and healthier than I used to be. I've loss a total of 38 lbs and my journey is not over.
With the help of Chaz & PH Fitness, I have lost almost 70 lbs in less than a year. Warning: Chaz's style is not for the weak. He will push you above and beyond your expectations if you allow him and the results are absolutely mind blowing. This fitness lifestyle challenges me to live a healthier, stronger, faster and better lifestyle and keeps me on the path of being the best me for Me!
When I started this journey I was not sure I could do it. There's been so many times I've wanted to lose weight. I reached out last year to sign up but I wasn't mentally prepared so I didn't follow through. When they announced the challenge, I told myself this is my time. My goal was to lose 30 lbs throughout the challenge. I put my all into it and at the end I lost a total of 53 lbs in 100 days. I can now say I'm stronger, faster, better and healthier then when I started. This was an amazing journey and I never felt like I was alone in this. The whole PH Family has been a great support.
Hello my name is Kim. I have been with Push Hard officially since June 20th 2016.
In 2016, my boss decided that it would be good for all the managers to do a team building boot camp. That's when I met Chaz. It was rough, but fun. I heard about his gym and his program thru my boss, but kept going to a different gym with no results, compared to what she was getting. It took me a couple months to take the leap and I haven't looked back since.
In June I weighed 222.8 pounds and couldn't run even a 1/2 mile. 6 months later I now weigh 162 and can run 3 miles in 30 minutes. That's 60 pounds gone. I haven't been this size in over 14 years.
So why does Chaz work? Plain and simple: he cares. His gym is successful in how he teaches you to think differently about how to work out, how to eat, and how to make this a new lifestyle. It is no joke thou. He is detailed in how your warmup should be, stretching and listening to the directions of the workout for the day. There is always a mix of cardio and toning done. He makes adjustments to each level of the clients capability. Then he has a set routine for cool down.
The difference with Push Hard is that this is a family. It is a very large group of people that are all over social media shouting out accomplishments, helping out someone new, or giving advice to someone that may be struggling to reach their next goal. There is a wide variety of ages, weights, and levels of training, but he makes them work. I'm always striving to keep up with the next level, getting past my level first and then also supporting those under me.
He has set up a program that is mentally, physically and emotionally challenging. He doesn't let you fail. And you don't want to fail. He is always giving tips and ideas for us to reach our goals. He has an 8 week program that concentrates on nutrition and hydration. I have gone thru it a couple times as each week has a great experience in my journey. I have lost a total of of 125 lbs with Push Hard.
